The CSHM Choosing Wisely Canada Recommendations

The Canadian Society for Hospital Medicine (CSHM) is very proud to announce that the CSHM Choosing Wisely Canada (CWC) Recommendations have launched!

Attached is the Choosing Wisely presentation that was presented at the annual conference

The CSHM established its CWC Recommendations by creating a CWC Subcommittee within its Quality Improvement (QI) Committee. The CWC Subcommittee members represent a diverse group of hospitalists from across Canada, practicing in a variety of settings. After extensive and careful evidence-based research, and deliberations, the CSHM CWC Recommendations were pared down to the Final Five using a modified Delphi-based survey of the entire CSHM membership.
