Academic Hospitalist Physician - Sinai Health System, Ontario
Academic Hospitalist Physician
Sinai Health System (SHS) combines acute care, complex and rehabilitative care, primary care, home care, and other community-based services to create an innovative and integrated continuum of care across the life course, from healthy beginnings to healthy aging. This includes a strategic focus on developing and delivering seamless, integrated care in hospital, community and home, particularly for the most complex patients. The SHS is fully affiliated with the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine, expanding the scope of the Wightman Berris Academy and developing the clinical, educational and investigative synergies, among complex acute and chronic conditions, and rehabilitation.
The Department of Internal Medicine at Sinai Health System and University Health Network, and the Department of Family Medicine at Sinai Health System are seeking a full-time physician whose primary practice will be in the inpatient setting. Applicants must possess a MD and CCFP or FRCPC certification (or equivalent) qualifications, and have, or be eligible for, licensure in the Province of Ontario.
