University of Toronto Hospital Medicine Clinical Fellowship

The University Health Network and Mount Sinai Hospital Medicine Clinical Fellowship is an exciting training program designed to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex medical problems.  As part of the Hospital Medicine Program, physicians who have completed training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and who wish to acquire additional expertise and experience in managing complex medical inpatients are eligible to apply. Clinical Fellows work closely with the inter-professional team and supervising faculty and gain valuable skills in the management of acutely ill patients, perioperative care and surgical co-management, quality improvement, and care transitions across the continuum of care.
