We are seeking dedicated hospitalists to join our established Medical Department at the Uxbridge site. Our service-oriented team provides high quality primary care to medical, Alternative Level of Care (ALC) and Palliative inpatients, consultative support to Emergency Room (ER) and outpatient services.
 
Positions available:
1.     Two regular part-time hospitalists to share a full-time /7 days /week rotation - starting May  1, 2010
2.      Regular full-time and part-time ER Physicians
3.      Locum ER Physician for the summer
 
We require the following: 
·        Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario license in good standing
·        Family physician or specialist, ACLS certification
·        Interest and expertise in the care of ER and adult general medical, ALC and Palliative inpatients Embrace the Spirit of the Community… Nestled in the rolling hills approximately 40 km Northeast of Toronto, the Township of Uxbridge is a thriving region of more than 19,000 residents.
