p> The Chief and Physician Director will work in partnership with the administrative Director of the Medical Health System to set the strategic direction for the Health System. As the physician leader, the Physician Director and Chief shall apply strategic operations knowledge, strategic level planning of physician activities and broad-based leadership expertise. In addition, this role will ensure medical quality of care and efficiency standards, evaluate individual physician performance and overall system performance. Key Qualifications · An active member/candidate for the Medical Staff of Trillium Health Centre · Must be in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario · Be a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada · An understanding of administrative principles/processes and accountability frameworks · Demonstrated strong leadership skills · Proven strategic thinking capabilities · Recognition for commitment to Trillium Health Centre, its Mission, Vision, and Values · Demonstrated commitment to quality of patient care · Strong alignment and commitment to physician engagement and development · Results oriented leadership style with a solid reputation for integrity · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups with the ability to work in a team structure For more information on this role we invite you to visit our website at www.trilliumhealthcentre.org.
