The CSHM Award for Clinical Excellence shall be presented to a Canadian Physician in recognition of exemplary clinical service in Hospital Medicine.
Criteria for Evaluation
While all of the following may not apply to each candidate, the Awards Committee plans to evaluate each candidate using the following criteria:
- Outstanding contributions to patient care
- Advancement of clinical knowledge
- Professionalism
- Leadership in medicine
- Excellence in practice management
- Subjective consideration
